Whilst our athletes had their year overseas cut short due to the coronavirus, there are still so many sporting achievements to be proud of.
At the point of the season ending, many of our athletes were due to compete for national titles across a number of different sports, with the possibility of more joining them. We take a look at our athletes who were preparing for their final National Championship game when the season was cut short.

Men’s Lacrosse teammates help team to National Championship FinalMen’s Lacrosse teammates Ian Sime (Westminster College) and Tanner Cousens (Binghamton University) reached the Men’s Championship Final after an excellent year on the field. The Premier South runners up recorded a huge 20-4 victory in the quarter final whilst on their way to securing a place in the Championship Final. |
Three men’s basketball players dominate Premier North DivisionThree of our men’s basketball players, Admassu Williams (Prairie View A&M University), Jamal Lucas (Hobart and William Smith College) and Gebereal Baitey (Emory University) were also set to compete in the Championship Final after enjoying dominant seasons in the Premier North Division. |
Despite not being able to finish their seasons, we are extremely proud of the contributions that all of our athletes made to their teams during their year overseas!
