We spoke with four former U.S. college soccer who used our service to take their career overseas after graduating.
In the fall of 2019, four women’s soccer players from four different US universities arrived at the same U.K. university to continue playing soccer and pursue their master’s degrees. The new teammates not only enjoyed a successful season together on the pitch but they were also able to travel and make some special memories away from the field and the classroom.
In video below, we spoke to Rebecca, Claire, Devlyn and Hannah whilst they were in the U.K. and asked them about their experiences as international students in the U.K. and what it was like to work with Play Overseas.
Where are they now?
Since graduating in 2020, we take a look at the journey each player has had and what they are currently doing after successfully completing their year overseas.
Rebecca CoutinhoRebecca graduated Belmont Abbey College in 2019, where she earned multiple All-Conference awards during her four year soccer career. Since graduating in the U.K. with her master’s degree in Health Psychology, Rebecca has gone on to start her own full time business, a Health & Life Coaching company. |
